Getting to photograph folks who lean into the idea of celebrating themselves through photography is really one of the most profound joys of this job. I love getting to document folks exactly where they are - seeing how they show up to sessions and being in relationship. You will find we talk A LOT at sessions. Primarily because I’m interested in you but also because it keeps your brain from fixating on taking photos which can be a bit unnerving for some people. The goal is to get you to smile naturally and to just have a good time while we’re together and I always work tirelessly to accomplish that every time!
