Alesia M | Washington, DC Headshot + Portrait Photographer

One of the things that I've been trying to challenge myself to do is to allow some of my portrait and headshot sessions to have less structure. Naturally, this doesn't work for everyone and every session but sometimes it's nice to let your environment guide you. This DC session with Alesia was one where we a very loose plan to meet in her neighborhood and just wander and I really loved every moment of it.

Also, I am so grateful for the endless stream of badass women who keep finding their way in front of my camera. Getting to meet so many women who are smart, accomplished, capable and beautiful. You guys? This job is inspiring in ways I never even imagined were possible!
