Barbara + Bobby | Main Street Ballroom Wedding

Barbara and Bobby got married on a Friday afternoon after so so many days of rain. They got married in downtown Ellicott City which some of you will remember flooded in 2019 (just before this wedding!). Their Main Street Ballroom wedding was an intimate but lively affair with lots of small, personal touches throughout.

We prayed through the day that it wouldn't rain but even the best laid plans can go awry so we snuck out for a few photos underneath clear umbrellas that Barbara had purchased prior to their big day. Later, she emailed to tell me that she'd been super nervous about going out and had such low expectations about umbrella photos but they ended up being some of her favorites.

There is a space in my heart for being indoors and making magical memories but know that if you're game - there is a 99.999999% chance that I'm going to want to take you and your person outside even if it's only for 5 minutes - it's always worth it.
