I pretty much tell everyone that I photograph that you should update your headshot about every two years or if your appearance changes in a way that people might not be able to recognize you from in person if they’ve only ever seen a photo.

Allowing yourself to be photographed can be a quite vulnerable experience but it can also be an affirming, confidence booster because one thing about me as a photographer is that I’m going to hype you up and I’m going to make sure that you leave our session feeling like a billion dollars.
