I have been photographing this sweet family for several years and it has been an absolute joy and pleasure to do so. Watching their kids grow and asking them about their lives in the times between when we see one another has been so incredibly delightful. And, if you were ever wondering what I mean when I say family outfits should be complimentary and not matchy-matchy? This is a flawlessly executed example of that.We took this colorful and charming session at Meridian Hill Park - one of my very favorite DC locations and managed to get so much down in a short amount of time. While DC is full of lots of iconic and amazing places - there are pockets of the city that have beautiful greenery and space to make amazing images like the ones below.
