I will never stop being thankful for this amazing, amazing job that I get to do. Years into working for myself and every new client or returning one is an incredible gift and a reflection of my commitment to this craft. When I think about the engagement and wedding side of things - I'm even more humbled. I love meeting couples, hearing their stories and being able to document their love in photographs. Inextricably, I become part of your life stories and your family memories and guys? I love every minute of it and I do not take it for granted or lightly.Tony and Amber came out on a very cold DC morning to do their engagement photos at Union Station with me after our first date got rained out. These two - so happy and in love, never complained even though at some point I don't know if I could even feel my hands. I love the way they look at one another and how much they smile, laugh and touch without a care in the world. Getting to bear witness to a love like that? THAT is why I love this job so, so much!
