One of my favorite things about a wedding day is how much opportunity you have to pour all of your "you-ness" into it. I always tell my couples that (for me!) the most memorable weddings aren't the ones with the biggest budgets but the weddings that are filled with elements of you and your person.
Lauren and Rob's day was very much like that - the inclusion of their dog, the nods to her nursing career, her ceremony arrival in a vintage car, the live Latin band at their reception - all of those things are Lauren and Rob things and it made their day so special.
I also would be remiss if I didn't say how relaxed and patient they were in spite of the weather being wildly uncooperative. Their venue, The Sunnybrook Ballroom, has such an understated vintage feel that really lent itself to the mood of their day.
