I talk a lot on this website about how one of the most delightful aspects of this job is getting to watch people through various phases of their lives. I had the pleasure of photographing Karla and Ryan’s wedding - a small, lovely day during the thick of COVID. To see them on the other side of what can be described as a tumultuous time for everyone and expecting their first baby? I can’t express to you the profound joy that gives me. We took these photos on a very warm and balmy day and sweet Karla was a trooper. I love how happy they look together and how stunning she looks solo. Expecting a baby is such a special time and I love getting to document it as much as I can.
